Sep 6, 2014 - Park to Park (Waterloo, IA) - Randy Bill was 6th at the Park to Park in 1:07:57. Zach Baker 8th in 1:08:32, Mason Frank 9th in 1:08:51 and Daniel Sevcik 16th in 1:12:54. On the women’s side Traci Kresser was 5th in 1:17:15, Erin Moeller 7th in 1:18:28 and Susie Duke 9th in 1:19:51.
Nate Hopp records another two victories
Sep 6, 2014 - Newbo Fest 10k & Swamp Fox 5k - Nate Hopp won the Swamp Fox 5k in 15:59 in Marion.  Nate also won the Newbo Fest 10k in 32:09 in Cedar Rapids the previous weekend.
Ben Jaskowiak wins DMU 5k
Sep 6, 2014 - Run DMU 5k (Des Moines, IA) - Ben Jaaskowiak won the Run DMU 5k in 16:08. Ben was also 11th at the Drake XC 4K invite in 12:55 the previous weekend.
Charlie Paul posts top finishes on back to back weekends
Sep 1, 2014 - Dam to Backpocket 7 mile & Run with Carl 5 mile - Charlie Paul won the Dam to Backpocket 7 mile in Coralville in 39:41 and followed it up with a 4th place showing at the 20th Run with Carl 5 mile in Bettendorf in 27:41 on Labor Day.
Mason Frank wins Captain Midnight 5k
Aug 29, 2014 - Captain Midnight 5k (Ames, IA) - Mason Frank won the Captain Midnight 5K in 15:28. Chris Robertson was 2nd in 15:38.

Runablaze Iowa is based out of Des Moines with club members statewide. Our mission is to develop and support post-collegiate, Iowa-based distance runners. We aspire to be competitive at individual and team events at the local, regional, and national level in the sports of road racing, track & field, and cross country.
